I recently purchased the Naya EDH deck, and I am trying to find better cards to replace things, as it obviously isn't where I want it haha. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated and if you could post your comments on my deck, I would greatly appreciate it :)
Thank you guys for all your help :)

Awesome thanks :)
I mainly use Marath, Will of the Wild ability to make creatures huge, not generally token generation.
I will think about Garruk, Caller of Beasts and Domri Rade though I may wait till they are a little cheaper :)
Thanks for the help mcm93, one more question. What do you think about Ajani Vengeant in this deck?

I personally do not think Ajani Vengeant is a prime multiplayer EDH planeswalker. His first ability only delays a threat, the second ability is some small damage-based removal (albeit repeatable, but small effect for the -2 loyalty). The third ability is troubling because it may cause him (and by extension, you) to be targetted by any player that fears you at all, because the effect is very frustrating to be hit by. Even if you manage to fire it off, it will only affect one player, and it may draw aggro to you again even once it has been used. It could potentially shut down a threatening player, causing other players to not attack you because they want you to destroy the lands of the guy with the crazy ramping deck, but that's assuming the reason he's become a problem for you somehow precludes him destroying it (or you) for the next 4 turns you need to build up to the payoff.
Domri Rade has creature acceleration - great, targetted removal limited only by your creature power/toughness (that also benefits from deathtouch/lifelink) - great, and an emblem that makes all of your creatures in your creature feature deck even better. Garruk, Caller of Beasts is sort of similar, straight-up creature acceleration.
Just my 2 cents.

I really appreciate it nobu_the_bard :) I will try to get Domri Rade and Garruk, Caller of Beasts asap, but I am probably buying them online once I get my tax return haha

I agree with nobu_the_bard. Im not incredibly familiar with the modern format, but Ajani Vengeant seems more of a modern card to me than an edh card.
If you're running Marath, Will of the Wild then stick with Garruk, Primal Hunter and Domri Rade . if you like making things bigger, I'd recommend Forgotten Ancient Doubling Season Hamletback Goliath maybe Cathars' Crusade and Taurean Mauler . Nylea, God of the Hunt and Bow of Nylea is a nice way to give your big guys trample and/or deathtouch, when they attack at least.

Depends on what direction you want to take the deck really. Naya is, in my opinion, is prime for mass token production. With potential commanders like Rith, the Awakener Hazezon Tamar and even Gahiji, Honored One if you want to get political. In that case, for planeswalkers at least, Elspeth, Knight-Errant Elspeth, Sun's Champion Sarkhan Vol and Garruk, Primal Hunter do a lot of work. If you're going more of a Timmy route and just want to play big things with Mayael the Anima then Domri Rade Garruk, Caller of Beasts and even Sarkhan Vol again, are the guys you want.
