Suggestions to modify Tourney Sliver deck

This is the deck build that I have at the moment:
1x Garruk, Caller of Beasts2x Vorel of The Hull Clade4x Chromatic Lantern1x Elixir of Immortality2x Blur Sliver2x Bonescythe Sliver2x Galerider Sliver4x Manaweft Sliver2x Megantic Sliver2x Progenitor Mimic2x Sentinel Sliver2x Syphon Sliver2x Throncaster Sliver2x Plummet2x Growing Ranks2x Into the Wilds4x Hive Stirrings11x Forest9x Plains2x Shimmering Grotto
Vorel is going to be in the deck to support and pump Garruk since his ability allows me to double the counters on any permanent. Including Planeswalkers. The rest are well balanced.
I misread his abilities and thought it would effect Garruk. I was wrong. LOL Updated deck list:
