Surprise Infect Deck; never built a Sideboard

Deck Help forum

So I recently took another deck of mine to FNM and got my shit kicked in. Enter my new deck, it's not for the same FNM, it's for a free extended tourney that's held at the same place. Figured I might have more luck with this one.

Kiln Surprise

Here's the issue: I really wanted to play Glistening OilMTG Card: Glistening Oil but the double black mana makes it hard to get out of the field early enough for it to matter.

The other issue is that I feel like Plague StingerMTG Card: Plague Stinger and even Goblin TunnelerMTG Card: Goblin Tunneler aren't that great in this deck (at least so far). I'm wondering if there'd be a more useful creature for this deck, maybe SpellskiteMTG Card: Spellskite to deal with removal, or Signal PestMTG Card: Signal Pest to get in some extra damage? I'd even put in Apostle's BlessingMTG Card: Apostle's Blessing since it'd pump the Kiln Fiend and could potentially make him unblockable for cheaper and faster than the Goblin Tunneler, but I feel like I'm going to have way too few creatures for this to be reliable.

My most recent addition to this deck is Undying EvilMTG Card: Undying Evil which is absolutely awesome with the Furnace ScampMTG Card: Furnace Scamp. Throwing big buffs on Kiln FiendMTG Card: Kiln Fiend has been popular for a while, I just wish I had more win conditions. The scamps can't do much unless I draw a Tainted StrikeMTG Card: Tainted Strike first.

Long story short, please help me make this deck more efficient by replacing some of the aforementioned cards (I hate PhyresisMTG Card: Phyresis too, but it's all I've got. Enchants don't do much for this deck). I'm also in big need of sideboard suggestions for this deck. I usually side cards like Torpor OrbMTG Card: Torpor Orb and Grafdigger's CageMTG Card: Grafdigger's Cage to deal with specific deck types, but I think the biggest problem this deck will have is control or removal decks.

I'd also love some suggestions on pieces to switch out to make this deck run well in standard.
