Syncopate or Rewind in a U/B Control deck?

I'm having a hard time deciding which to use. Some help!

if its the deck you have in folder i would go with Syncopate

if you run something else that includes Tamiyo, the Moon Sage i would go with Rewind but even then id rather have both.

I would go with Rewind as it allows for multiple counters in a turn or a counter and a kill
