tamiyo or jace

Should I put Tamiyo, the Moon Sage or Jace, Architect of Thought in my deck, White? Black? Blue? It don't matta!!? I've noticed that I only use tamiyo for her first ability on lands because rarely are there creatures to tap, I never use her second ability because there are no creatures, usually and her third ability has only been useful in two play tests out of forty so far. For jace, his first ability is useful to slow down the damage from aggro decks, his second ability can be useful sometimes but I rely on my opponent there and the third ability leads to many possibilities depending on my opponent's deck. Ideally, Jace, Memory Adept world be best but I don't own any. My opinion without play-testing jace yet is to run Jace for early game help.

I would make it White, Black, and Blue. Use all of the afore mentioned planeswalkers, maybe even Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and a bunch of removal/board wipes. These planes were made for walkin'
