Can a card like Enduring Ideal fetch one of the Theros enchantment creatures?

Yes, they can. Hopeful Eidolon (my example) has two types: Enchantment and Creature. Enduring Ideal fetches a card with Type--Enchantment, which Hopeful Eidolon has.

Questions like these should be asked in the Q&A because they are rules questions.

Yes, you may. BUT, you can't bestow them onto another creature, because the bestow is an alternate cost to the mana cost, and since your not casting it, you may only put them onto the battlefield as a creature. this also works for Thassa, God of the Sea and Purphoros, God of the Forge , etc.

I would like to see a 5 color EDH build with Enduring Ideal , Manlands, Journey to Nowhere , Oblivion Ring , Detention Sphere and others like that, maybe Arrest , Gods and the enchantment artifacts, and Tutors to grab the Ideal.
