Thinking about making Vampire/Planeswalker deck competitive.

I created a deck the other day that utilized a handful of planeswalkers, and defenders to protect them. After some suggestions from some fellow members here at tappedout, I traded out all the defenders for vampires and have had a stunning amount of success in my playgroup. I've never played competitively, but I might consider it if i can perfect the deck. If you could take a look at Vamp-Walkers and offer any advice you might have, I would greatly appreciate it.
