This deck is difficult

I just can't seem to get it to work. I keep changing things, before i had too much removal, but right now idk how to change it to make it better. Help?!

mortarpod, perilous myr, myr sire for starters and sylvok replica. look under my glissa tantrum deck and i usually get top 8 out of around 34 peoples, alot of the time its the people running netdecks and the same deck like b/r delver and monoblack zombies
