Thoughtseize mainboard in 3 color?

I want to know if running 3 Thoughtseize mainboard would be still beneficial even thought I'm taking 2-4 damage off lands already. A turn one Thoughtseize brings me down to 16 if I want to do it.

Does it deserve mainboard attention or is a 3-4 SB better?

I'd still run them MB. For many match-ups T1 Thoughtseize is a mistake any ways. You're better off letting them have a few draw steps because the chance of your opponent having something you really want to take is better once they've seen ~12-13 cards instead of 7-8.
