Tibalt and Memory adept?

I was looking at Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded 's -4 ability, and Jace, Memory Adept -7 ability and thought to myself: "Wouldn't this be a nice combo?" If anybody has ANY idea on how to make a standard U/R deck out of this that would be a fun/casual deck, it would be nice to know what you guys think.

Decks should never be built to rely on planeswalker ultimate abilities, but if you do plan on building a casual deck around that combo, I'd suggest using Doubling Season , with one of those out you can use the abilities you want those planeswalkers for the turn you cast them.
