Tinkering with Esper Control

So I have been trying to get my deck:esper-control-i-felt-like-being-annoying deck tournament ready for a tourney coming up in early march and I need to know if pulling Obzedat, Ghost Council in favor of Snapcaster Mage would leave me with no win-cons or if it is a good call.

Also as always additional feedback and +1's are always appreciated!
