Tips for an Ally Deck?

Ok just created a new deck, looks complete to me but I'm still pretty new to magic and I just play casually with friends.
This is the deck so far deck:triumph-of-the-allegiance
I'm trying to make an ally deck that eventually turns into an infect win through Triumph of the Hordes
I've got 3x Cultivate to get an early lead in mana and Harmonize to get me some extra cards.
There are far too many ally buffs to go over all of them, please take a look and if you've got any good combos let me know!
Before you say Hagra Diabolist - I'd love to but 4 colors is gonna spread this deck way too thin. If you've got a way to include the diabolist in my current structure I've got open ears.
Naturally, an ally deck has no 1 mana creatures so my weaknesses are generally going to be an early game rage through fire/black deck or early damage through flying/creatures.
I've included 3x Lightning Bolt to get rid of any pesky critters my opponents drop and Asceticism to block early rage and to protect myself from whipflare pyroclasm...etc.
Finally, I've included Lich's Mirror to give myself some insurance as well as Planar Portal to let me draw my Triumph, asceticism, lich's mirror or whatever I need...kind of a cherry on top haha

Already did some research on a different site, may be switching some creatures out for a couple Hada Freeblade for some early Defense and throw in 1 or 2 Genesis Wave or for a quick blast of creatures
