Tips on a successful B/G deck?

I built this deck about a month ago, and since its creation, I am not full satisfied with it. It is sometimes extremely fast, or terribly slow. I've tried to steer it to reanimator, rather than JUST Varolz, the Scar-Striped 's abilities. What I need help with is determining what changes need to be made to make this deck more persistent and more resilient in semi-competitive multiplayer pods (the environment is sometimes really casual, or very competitive). Typically, I am rather tempo-oriented when it comes to my deck building. ANY advice at all would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
