To Augur, or not to Augur?

Trying to decide if Augur of Bolas would really bolster this deck ( Under Wraps II ), and if so, what should I swap out to make room?

Additionally, do I alter the land base? I would really hate to drop Swamps, for the sake of Mutilate.
