Tribal zombies

Back when Innistrad block just rotated into Standard, is when I started playing magic. I played a Zombie deck, and I loved it. So now, I put together modern tribal zombies deck. However, it seems to run worse than bad.

Apart from Zombie lords which I don't (yet) have (Death Baron , Lord of the Undead ), which cards are good to use? Which are absolutely bad?

Also, I'm running U/B at the moment, I was thinking of maybe going to B/U/G.
