Trostani's Wurms

so I was making a Trostani EDH deck. It started with focus on beefy tokens, but then after some playtesting I realized that it was missing the support it needed. I also toyed around with some things that let me make token copies of creatures on the field. Then I scrapped that idea, and tried to make a Wurm tribal deck with a little bit of token play. But I'm not totally sure what to do with it other than ramp into wurms. I want to have more fun than that but don't really know what to do.
