Trying to beat my friends!

Deck Help forum

Ok so recently a small play group and I totaling of 3 people sometimes 4 all made EDH decks. The problem is that they have decks that hard counter my meta. One loves to explode goblins with [Krenko, Mob Boss] the other is playing a blue white counter deck, and there's a [Trostani, Selesnya's Voice] token life gain deck out there as well. My question is what kind of deck that still is somewhat casual may be able to compete with some of these seemingly unbeatable metas? I would love for links to decks or cards for reference am on a slight budget but eventually that wont be a big deal. Thanks!

seems like no one is playing black, which is a shame for them.

you should run a Teysa, Orzhov Scion . a great token deck and awesome removal. you can play Contamination too just to fuck everyone over and still play most of your stuff.

also, teysa has an infinite combo with Darkest Hour

Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder is another beast. my friend plays him and uses STUPID sac engines for crazy shit with Grave Pact out haha.

ive created several very competitive decks (all all various colors) if you wish to take a look. i mostly play edh. i recently found out about this card, Ulasht, the Hate Seed . currently making an edh off him. I can see the combos now!

also, my pride and joy is Justice League: Unlimited. but I recently morphed it into this deck, The Perfection of Token Manipulation to make it even more competitive rather than shenanigans.

I have a friend who plays Rafiq of the Many . Fast, powerful voltron style deck.

Myself, I find Jhoira of the Ghitu to be quite overpowered. For reference, here's my take on Jhoira: Nothing like a lady with a buzzsaw

A good way to deal with the Goblins while still keeping Control-dude in check might be a pillow fort style deck, or something with neat combat tricks to play them against eachother.

Basandra, Battle Seraph comes to mind.
