Trying to build a discard deck

I am trying to build a viable Mono-Black discard deck, but I am not really making any progress. I've playtested it a couple of times against some of my friends, but it just doesn't seem to be fast enough to lock down the opponent. How can I make this deck faster so I can control my opponent? Any suggestions?

Shimian Specter or Guul Draz Specter ? Blackmail or Duress ?
