Maybe this combo is worth mentioning?

Turn 1: Land, Avacyn's Pilgrim
Turn 2: Land, Farseek
Turn 3: Land, Kalonian Hydra
Turn 4: Land, Aurelia, the Warleader , Swing for 30 With Trample/Flying

Erm... isn't that only 18?

4 from the Hydra and 3 from Aurelia first combat, 8 from the Hydra and 3 more from Aurelia second combat

Methinks you missed the part where he doesn't add counters unless they are already on a creature.

First time the Hydra swings, it doubles to 8 before damage is dealt. Second time it doubles again to 16 before damage is dealt. 8+16+3+3=30
