Two Headed Giant Control Compliment.

My boyfriend runs a control bant standard and I'm looking to make a new standard deck. We play two headed giant a lot, and I want to make a deck which compliments his. Ofc with most control decks he mid ranges/late games very well, issuing mainly with, he says, u/w control. So if anyone wants to throw out a few ideas of what type of deck I should make, I would appreciate it greatly!! Here's his decklist (excluding lands)

4x Prophet of Kruphix

2x Sylvan Caryatid

2x Jace, Architect of Thought

4x Detention Sphere

4x Supreme Verdict

2x Dissolve

2x Syncopate

3x Selesnya Charm

3x Azorius Charm

1x Voice of Resurgence

1x AEtherling

2x Primeval Bounty

2x Polukranos, World Eater

2x Essence Scatter

PS. I don't care if my deck can't play alone. When it comes down to it, it can be all counters or creatures or anything that will be helpful to his deck lol.

So lemme level with you from a general, two-headed giant standpoint:

You've got to provide the win condition. His deck has a single AEtherling , which seems to be the only thing capable of winning a multiplayer game in his deck. Polukranos is pretty much another Supreme Verdict , so he doesn't really count. Jace will die against focused opponents.

So he's got the "cripple-the-opponent" thing going pretty well.

You've probably got to provide the meat - the creatures and the win-conditions. He loses to U/W control because his counters and removal aren't hitting much of anything, and his entire endgame can be countered away.

When I played 2-headed giant in standard, I often had a control partner, and I'd be the idiot aggro. I found that aggro decks that can recover, and aggro decks that get bigger work well in 2-headed giant. Not sure if standard has anything like that, but monstrous seems good, provided you've got trample or regeneration.

Selesnya aggro or Gruul Monsters will be the way to go paired in 2HG with this deck, they both have lategame presence while dropping the beats early.
