Goblin deck taking advantage of the new burn cards Thunderous Wrath and Vexing Devil which I was lucky enough to pull during the pre-release events. This deck abuses the miracle mechanic with Noxious Revival by putting either Vexing Devil or [[Thunderous Wrath] or even a Goblin Grenade back ontop of my deck for a second big burn.
Faithless Looting allows me to move faster and further take advantage of Noxious Revival with discard mechanic, and helps big time if I get a Thunderous Wrath in my opening hand.
The rest of the deck plays classic Kuldotha Rebirth goblins, with 0 cost artifacts (Memnite ) and Hellrider for and over-run victory.
TWO THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE ON WITH THIS DECK:
First: Being able to draw on my opponents turn so I can further take advantage of Miracle and Noxious Revival . I was considering using Mad Prophet for this, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to cast Thunderous Wrath on my opponents turn if I were to draw it on their turn, since it is a sorcery. Anyone know the ruling on this yet?
Second: I'm awful with sideboards, especially one that's for a deck with good flow and speed like this one. I feel like if I replaced anything during intermission, it would make this deck much less reliable. The only sideboard cards I have considered so far are Corrosive Gale , Grafdigger's Cage , and perhaps Torpor Orb .
Thoughts?

The miracle effect ignores timing restrictions. If the resolution of an effect allows you to cast a spell at an illegal time, the timing restriction is ignored and you are allowed to cast it.
Simply put, if miracle is triggered, you can cast sorcery spells whenever the heck you want.
Note that, even on your turn, casting sorcery speed miracle spells during your draw step would normally be illegal.

Or wait, permanents become untapped during the drawstep, right? Or is it directly after?

The untap step is the very first thing that happens in a turn, and no one gets priority during it. Upkeep is next, and is the earliest point in the turn you get priority. Draw is next, and you also get priority here.
Also, Thunderous Wrath isn't a sorcery, it's an instant.

PS; if you were to change ratios in this deck for more reliability, how would you change it?
Also, if I were to put the Mad Prophet
in, who would you remove? Hellrider
? Thanks, and let me know if there's a better solution that the Mad Prophet
!
