Uril, the Miststalker deck edh

In a word yes, however it might take a while for your deck to kick in but once it does and you can start playing your heavy hitters things will be shifting your way quite rapidly, I have a friend who plays this kind of deck and that is practically all he does is just voltron out uril and start one shotting people with commander damage.

aside from your landbase I think your pretty well set I foresee problems with getting the correct mana at the right times. You may not like it but you may have to invest into some of the more expensive dual lands the buddy lands, like Dragonskull Summit are cycling out when theros comes in so that should drop their price. But other than that it looks really solid, you might also want to look into tutors for your enchantments. Like Idyllic Tutor , or Enlightened Tutor there are other alternatives to those im just setting an example.
