U/W Hate for Midgame Aggro Decks

Deck Help forum

I've got a pretty good U/W Venser Control deck, Snapcaster, Stonehorn, and a Sojourner. I wish the deck type saw more (well, any) professional play, because then I could answer this question by looking at examples. (Maybe the reason it doesn't see play is because of this question!) Anyway, what answers do Blue and White have for decks such as Wolf Run, Humans, or pretty much any other fast to medium speed decks? My area is seeing TONS of play from the first two types listed, and I'd like if I had something in my sideboard to combat that. Right now, I've got 3x Fiend HunterMTG Card: Fiend Hunter, which is basically there to slow down an opponent to my speed. However, if I Day of JudgmentMTG Card: Day of Judgment, they of course get their creature back. I'd like a substitute for this , and what I'm thinking is either RebukeMTG Card: Rebuke or PacifismMTG Card: Pacifism. Both seem passable, but I still feel they don't do a great job of stalling an opposing deck out. What's a good idea to slow down other decks so I can stabilize the board in my favor?

Oblivion RingMTG Card: Oblivion Ring is fun for a deck that might want to Day of JudgmentMTG Card: Day of Judgment. Since u have got Venser, the SojournerMTG Card: Venser, the Sojourner maybe you should play Blade SplicerMTG Card: Blade Splicer which get's two bodies and is very good at being bounced by Venser, the SojournerMTG Card: Venser, the Sojourner. Otherwise, just play some Day of JudgmentMTG Card: Day of Judgment and some Mana LeakMTG Card: Mana Leak and DissipateMTG Card: Dissipate and you should be fine.

I also run a Venser control deck and you can check it out if you would like. Venser Control still works!! I usualyy dont have a problem with wolf run because of Vapor SnagMTG Card: Vapor Snag in my sideboard.
