Vampire Sacrifice Help

Hey guys, this is my vampire sacrifice deck. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/sac-pillage-and-burn/

If you could take a look, I would like some help. My problem right now is that I feel like I've hit a wall. I would like to improve, except I don't know where to improve from here (aside from sac lands). I'm talking to mostly creatures but all input is welcome.

If you have suggestions, could you also please put in what I should take out? That's usually the hardest part. Thanks!
