Venser/Delver Deck help

I've built a deck involving Delver for aggressive beating combined with Venser's ETB abuse, and I was wondering if there are any wonderful opportunities for combining the two that I may be missing. Any feedback is welcome, but I particularly would like tips on ETB tricks.
