Like the title says is this viable deck:elves-live-in-jund-too. I'm new to the modern format, and besides looking at decklists of top 8's, which only gives me half the story, I'm not sure if this would be able to at least compete.

Wirewood Lodge is not legal in modern, other than that it looks like you could "compete" But your sideboard needs fixing.
