Want help with Sheoldred deck

HiRecently started playing Magic again. Been playing with my friend's decks but I want one of my own.Here's what I have so far:

What I need to round it off:1. I believe there is a blue card that makes opponents discard whenever I draw or something like that?2. Some good mana generating cards3. A nice card to either put Sheoldred into my hand or onto the battlefield4. More expensive creatures that have cool effects to raise with Sheo and sac with Mindshrieker5. Some other suggestions

Plan:Survive with Mindshriekers early. Try to get one in my starting hand. Sack cards with it to build my graveyard. Get more mana. Eventually get a Sheoldred out. Raise my army and kill all their creatures. Get a bunch of free turns with Lighthouse chron. Mill them with Jin-Git and others. Not get milled myself with Emrakul.

What suggestions I would like from you guys:
