Weaknesses of Dimir Mill?

I'm looking for help/advice/comments on my deck Dimir Countermill.

The main win condition in the deck is to win via creature damage. The deck starts slowly as a general rule, but I almost always achieve board control mid to late game. If someone is running pure burn or a very fast deck that curves out, I sometimes stabilize too late, where they're able to swing with 4 2/2's and i only have 2 blockers and 4 life or so.

I've tried creature removal with Ultimate Price , non-targeted removal with Devour Flesh , and stabilizing life gain with Crypt Incursion to combat these issues. I've found that Crypt Incursion helped most consistently.

Additionally, I'm now trying to run more mill with the addition of 2 Snapcaster Mage , 1 Jace, Memory Adept , and 3 Mind Sculpt (subbed in for Crypt Incursion .

Given the above concerns about fast decks, what are your suggestions for me? I have a sideboard meant to deal with some of these issues built, but I'd love some advice!

dont have any but i have been thinking of picking up 2.
