Leyline of Sanctity works wonders in white decks

It depends on what format you're playing as well. The previously mentioned cards are very good for standard environment, but I also find cards like Wheel of Sun and Moon work well in legacy. Also, cards that stop your opponent targeting you are good, such as Ivory Mask or True Believer , because most mill cards target the player.

Adding 1 or 2 of the Eldrazi Giants... such as Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to your deck would work wonders against mill. Or a 3rd turn Elixir of Immortality via Trinket Mage is often enough to cause mill decks to frown. :)

In the mill decks I've used the biggest issues I have run into are the Eldrazi giants (Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth ). You can side them in game 2 as a fail-safe. Obviously, there is the issue of actually drawing the card. In some cases, I've had opponents draw one of them on the first draw, then just discard him at the end of the turn and shuffle him back in.
I've also played a Traumatize and had someone Reverberate it. Same thing to Haunting Echoes . Reverberate is a great defensive card against mill.
