What can be done for my deck?

I wanted to stick with the red/black combo because I somewhat love the unblockable tormented soul. But, the more I tinker with the deck, the more I think I'm moving towards a Red Deck Wins style. But, in any event, is there anything that stands out to anyone as really needed to be taken out or changed?
