What cards should I get rid of?

Currently my deck (I know it sucks) is: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/please-help-boros-deck/

I need to get rid of 9 creature cards to make room for 2x Legion Loyalist, 4x Boros Elite, and 2x Firemane Avenger. I'm thinking of getting rid of: 1x Elgaud Inquisitor, 2x Heirs of Stromkirk, 1x Thraben Heretic, 1x Heckling Fiends, 1x Unruly Mob, 1x Voice of the Provinces, 1x Midnight Guard, 1x Hinterland Hermit

Do you guys think that's good, or what should I do?
