What do I do with all these weenies?

Look at my deck I'll Take a Weenie... With Extra +1/+1 Counters! and let me know if it needs anything to be more competitive. Don't recommend another color cause I am sticking to white here XD So within the realm of post-rotation standard, what can I do to improve this deck?
