What is my deck actually?

I'm figuring out for days on how to improve the deck and I really need help on what is exactly my deck lacking. I know a similar deck is played in Standard but I wish to play this deck preferrably in Modern! Any ideas on what direction to drive the deck into or any ideas to improve or tweak the deck? I need all the help I can get! Thanks! :D
