What would be a good deck for me?

Ive been playing for about 6 months and alright at building decks but still not sure what i want. I like having a strong defense but still powerful when attacking, i love life gain and just having a crap load of creatures and the majority of those creatures flying.if you can help me find out what id like please do

When you say a strong defense, do you mean a lot of defense-oriented creatures, such as Wall of Frost , or spells that will defend you, such as Fog or Hero's Downfall ? Also, what format are you trying to make the deck?

I think an Esper control deck would be good for you, uses removal like Hero's Downfall and Doom Blade and card draw and life gain spells like Sphinx's Revelation and then puts down big creatures like Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Desecration Demon , and planeswalkers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Jace, Architect of Thought .

If you want a more aggressive deck you might like a different three color combo midrange deck like Dega or Naya.

A mono-green/gruul devotion build could satisfy all of these conditions except the flying one. You have defense in Sylvan Caryatid and other creatures, powerful attackers in Arbor Colossus , Polukranos, World Eater , Nylea, God of the Hunt , Reverent Hunter and others, lifegain is possible with Nylea's Disciple , due to huge amounts of mana produced by Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx you can have a shit-ton of creatures, but very few flying. One good example of a deck like this would be here:
