What's a good replacement for Liliana of the Veil

So my friends and I are making a Dimir midrange deck starring Heartless Lich, Undercity Aberration & GriselGhast, and of course a plethora of removals. (imo way too much and way too little anti-control, but I digress)

In my arsenal I have 4 Victim of Night, 2 Devour Flesh, 3 Liliana of the Veil and 1 Murder. devour flesh is awesome, but being midrange and having no lifegain mechanism, I opt for victim of night (which gets rid of pretty much everything that's not jund)

Now comes the problem; I don't have 3 liliana, nor do I have 100 bucks. What are some budget-ty replacements I can afford to put in my deck that will not diminish my deck's power too much?
