What's better in an izzet deck? Ral or Jace?

I'm making an izzet deck and I cannot decide what's better, Ral or Jace? My deck's name is They never see it coming. Ever.

Ral Zarek is much better in a deck like yours. I assume the Jace you are referring to is Jace, Architect of Thought . Since Jace is suited for a control deck, looking to to slow aggro decks and draw cards. I would also consider the new Chandra. Allowing you to tap creatures and deal burn dmg to the player. Her 0 ability basically draws you cards
