Leyline of Sanctity or True Believer ?
They are meant for sideboard options against discard and mill.
All of my white decks are sideboarding True Believer at the moment, here is a list of the decks if a certain card works better in one deck then it does in another.

Well, If you're targeting yourself, Leyline of Sanctity is better. If you aren't, or it's a small amount that could be removed while siding in cards (like these ones), or you just need another body, go with True Believer .

Leyline is better MOST of the time simply because it COULD be free and is harder to destroy for most decks than True Believer.
Most people run Creature Control of some sort... most do not run enchantment control.

It all depends on the speed and strength of the decks your sideboarding against.
Because you mentioned mill and discard, you probably want to side in the Leyline of Sanctity for two main reasons.
First, it's an enchantment. Discard and mill both have elements of black in their themes, and black has access to very powerful creature destruction. What black doesn't have is ways to deal with enchantments.
Second, it comes into play on turn one. Being able to stop a Thoughtseize before they can cast it on the play is extremely important in many cases, and the Leyline protects you against that. It does no good if your hand gets shredded before you can play your shroud dude.

It really depends on how relevant the 2/2 is. If your deck has an aggressive plan and could use another body, True Believer is probably good. However, aggro decks probably don't care all that much about targetted discard - if they take one 2 drop, you can probably just play another one.
True Believer can also be easily killed, so it doesn't just shut down all your opponents discard spells like the Leyline does. Leyline of Sanctity is often quite difficult to answer - enchantment removal is scarce and creature removal is plentiful. I think Leyline is generally better in combo decks (the ones that care most about discard) because it is more resilient.

I'd go with Leyline of Sanctity . In addition to the above reasons, it is actually helpful in the burn matchup. True Believer , however, eats a bolt then watches you die from the graveyard.

I would go with Leyline of Sanctity because 1: you get start with it on the battlefield and 2: it is safer from removal.

If you target yourself with anything, leyline, otherwise True Believer since it's not too terribly hard to cast.
