Which counter is better?

I'm doubting on Condescend against Mana Leak for my deck Myr Power.

Which one do you recommend me?

Mana Leak is certainly more economical.

I have to agree with ChiefBell unless the scry 2 is really valuable to your deck, I would go with Mana Leak. Your late game drops bombs, it doesn't worry about countering spells. So the X in the cost doesn't matter as much, although late game it is more of a hard counter than Mana Leak (if you have the mana open.)
