The MTG Q&A area is mostly for rules questions rather than deck advice. The forums is a better place for this sort of thing.

The Q&A is meant for rules-related questions. Moved to Deck Help.

You should use the deck form to make this more readable. Go to
deck builder --> add MTG deck

This is the wrong place for this type of question, you would have been better off posting in the Forums, and I am sure Epochalyptik will be along soon to move it.

Anyway, on to the actual answer...

Both decks look fairly good, personally I would go for deck 1, but deck 2 would probably hold up a bit better in todays meta. Then again, it depends on your local meta, which may be completely different from mine.

may i ask why both of you thought deck 2 would be better, is it just better built? I was thinking about purchasing both, would that be a good idea?

These guys are forgetting you are new, deck 2 will be more for experienced players who know all aspects of the game and rules. Deck 1 will be better for a new player, mill is simple and easy to understand though if I were you I would check other mill decks out for better cards
