Which deck is better?

I made two revisions to my original deck (Slivers Need Help). I can only afford to buy one, and I want to know which you guys think I should buy.

This first one is more of a well-rounded sliver deck that exceeds the 60 card limit, but that's not important. So many Slivers

This next one is more of a sliver ramp. Sliver Ramp .............clever name, eh?
