Which deck is better?

So I have built two modern decks so far, an Ally Morglen and a mono-green elves/ramp.

Elves: elvish elf elves

Ally: ALLIES, UNITE! KILL!

Which one do you think is better, and what can I do to improve them?

I think you'd be better off with something else as both decks are notably week to any sort of deck with good spot removal and is blown out by red "this does x damage to each creature" spells and can't recover as well as other decks.
