Which deck is stronger Vol.02

So I posted a similar topic not too long ago and since have rebuilt both decks. To ask the question again, which of these 2 decks is stronger.
I have most the cards to build both but am not sure which I should build.
1st is 100% focus on the Populate mechanic.
The 2nd is a simple G/W Midrange deck.
G/W Voice of Resurgence -Midrange- Playtest

The populate deck is more... unique but owing to some odd card choices on its part the midrange deck is probably stronger.
