My Sunblast deck uses gideon, but I can't figure out which is better for the deck, Gideon Jura , or Gideon, Champion of Justice . Gideon Jura can kill tapped creatures, but only for so long, as it costs -2. Gideon, Champion of Justice , on the other hand can grow tremendously while being protected and swing straight at their life points. Which should I include?

Gideon Jura has strong removal, his +1 can pretty much give you an extra turn against aggressive decks, his 0 ability closes out games quickly.Champion of justice is just a crappy creature with only one relevant ability

That pretty much settles it then, thanks.

All three modes of Gideon Jura do something and interact favorably with the rest of the deck. +2 to buy yourself some breathing room or get better value off of Sunblast Angel the following turn. -2 to take out key tapped creatures, the whole idea behind the deck. And 0 still presents a decent clock once the board is clear or stabilized.

Gideon, Champion of Justice only use is as a win condition, which the deck already has plenty of.
