I've had this deck for awhile and I keep improving it. At this point I can't improve it anymore that it is in my budget. Recently I thought of adding vault of the archangel so I put 4 in along with 4 isolated chapels. I would like some suggestions on what to do with it that would not be alot of money. I already know the ovious so don't tell me to put in more swords, hero of bladeholds, angelic destiny and champion of the parishs. definitely dont bother with Mikaeus, the Lunarch unless you are gonna flood the board with tokens. if you want to do that have you considered Gather the Townsfolk or Increasing Devotion?

i wouldn't run gideon's avenger if you can't tap their creatures. Also, Gideon's Lawkeeper is a way better one drop than doomed traveler.

I would suggest actually building the deck in the deck builder feature on this website, it'll allow you (and others) to easily see the deck list and find possible cards to suggest (also it'll allow people to use the site's playtester on this deck). Also it would be good to include what kind of environment you plan to play with this deck (kitchen table, FNM's, pro tours) along with your budget.
As for the deck itself, it looks like you're trying to go in all the directions human decks have gone since innistrad. I would suggest looking up various human decks (the ones that have done well in major tournaments) and figure out what direction you really want to go (I think I've only seen b/w tokens deck list(s) do well with no swords or destiny).
