I'm working on a Mono Blue Artifact deck, I am wondering which would be better to add? Karn Liberated or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn ?
A little reasoning would be great too... Thank you!
You'll need to provide a lot more detail before we can answer your question.
What is the deck missing? How much mana acceleration do you have? What are your other win-cons? What format is this for? Can you post a link to the deck itself?

For the record when I said mana acceleration I meant ways to assemble Tron.

Karn Liberated adds a bit of control, which is always nice. Judging by the fact that it's a Blue deck, you probably want that control (They'd exile stuff from their hand they care less about, so you counter what they play that matters).
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is definitely my FAVORITE fatty, but I truly believe he does not belong in every deck. I take it you're playing Tron since you mentioned the Urza Lands, so it'd definitely be possible to cast this guy, but will be dead weight in your hand for for a much longer period of time.
Personally, I'd find a way to fit both in there, but if that's not an option, i'd choose Karn with my limited knowledge of your deck.

If you build something similar to the "stock" Mono U Tron or UW Tron then you might want to play Karn over Emrakul because these decks usually win with a Academy Ruins + Mindslaver lock so that you don't need Emrakul as wincon but Karn is quite useful dealing with resolved permanents which could be quite difficult otherwise.

My thoughts are Emrakul, the Aeons Torn will take some time to get into the game, where Karn Liberated could be turn 3 with all the urza's lands in play. The price is about $14 dollar difference on TCGplayer, but not a huge concern. I was also considering a few Wurmcoil Engine 's, but haven't made up my mind.
