Why is this not tier 1?

In regards to Spirit Delver decks, I know that decks can have a lot of hate against them. But for someone like me (only been playing for a few months) it seems like the deck is very good and has a lot of potential to be competitive. Can someone explain to me how a deck like that is not considered "tier 1" material even though it consistently wins against other tier 1 decks (i.e. u/b zombies). And also could you look at my deck and give some suggestions as to what I could do to make it better?

Spirit Delver is a Tier-1 deck for Standard. Who's trying to tell you otherwise?

Even Tier 1 decks may not do well if they aren't well posistioned. It really depends on your metagame. Spirits is significantly worse than "normal" Delver against control decks, however, having lords and Dungeon GeistsMTG Card: Dungeon Geists makes it better against the aggro decks. What you should play depends on what other decks you expect to see.
