world at war vs relentless assault

Im looking at making Gahiji, Honored One a little stronger. I know i need to cut some lands, add a little ramp maybe and add 1-3 drop creatures. But right now im looking at replacing cards with similar cards that have better effects. With the theme of this deck being multiple combat phases, both Relentless Assault and World at War look good, but i would mostly be using it as a finisher. As i see it, one more mana for a rebound incase something happens that i didnt want. I just dont know if that alone is a good enough reason to replace it
