would elbrus have a home in this deck, or stick with the flail?

Jund Tomb of the Dragon Lich is the deck.

I had runechanter's pike in there, but it wasn't doing much. The Inquisitor's Flail adds instant bashing, but Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip is intriguing to me.

Thoughts?

Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip is a pretty neat tool, but I don't really see it being useful in standard. in EDH or other multiplayer formats yea sure. 1v1 type 2 not so much. imo I do like the flavour of the card and the "Oh shit" it brings lol

I think between the 3 choices on hand: Runechanter's Pike , Inquisitor's Flail , and Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip , the flail takes the cake for this deck.

I mean the blade could land turn 4, and then I swing with the dragon to convert it, but what are the chances of it staying on the board? Abrupt Decay and just about any removal spells being used in the meta right now handle the transformed demon easily. On the other hand, if my opponent is not packing heat, it could turn disastrous for them. still contemplating on this one
