That is the first number I notice, as it is the average mana cost. For modern, that is relatively slow, and as your deck does not have much ramp, I suggest Arbor Elf , Birds of Paradise , and Simian Spirit Guide . You may also want Garruk, Caller of Beasts , as its -3 ability is basically an Elvish Piper .

Also note that while the hubs things say four color, your deck is Jund.

Modified the deck a lot today using player suggestions. A lot more scary now, with a greater focus on specific dragons.
