Would love to get feedback for my Dimir Mill

Want as much help as i can get to perfect my Dimir deck, Been out of loop for long time and 2013/14 kinda got me back into game so got 2 boosters and traded a bit with some buds to get this current deck.
Alot has changed since i last played so please feel free to throw in possible cards i should look at or consider taking out to make the deck work out. Also would love to make this full standard so not sure what to put into the spots left behind by the older cards.

I'm assuming My Dimir Mill is the one you're referring to. It helps to link your deck in the description. You can do this by surrounding the deck slug in brackets as such:
[ [ my-dimir-mill ] ]
but without the spaces.
